North Carolina Rottweiler Rescue (NCRR) celebrates October as Adopt-a-Dog Month. In the relentless “busy-ness” of modern life, there aren’t enough hours in the day. NCRR has become overscheduled and overwhelmed. This holiday season may be an excellent time to put balance in your life and adopt a homeless pet.
